Images from Combined Shoots - Experimentation

Images from Combined Shoots - Experimentation

For further experimentation, I decided to merge my two shoots together. I was apprehensive as to how this would turn out but I was extremely pleased with the outcome and feel that it looks very effective and presents the topic of the passing of time very well.
Below shows some screenshots to show how I created one of the outcomes.

Firstly, I selected all of the photograph which I wanted to overlay. I clicked 'select', then 'all'.

I then copied my selected area by clicking on 'edit' and then selecting 'copy'.

I then pasted the layer onto the background layer, which in this case, was an image which I had taken as part of shoot 1. To do this, I selected 'edit' and then 'paste'.

I then adapted the opacity and fill of the clock layer which made the layer look ghostly and more subtle. I did this using the controls on the right hand side of the screen.

Finally, I adapted the curves of the image in order to make the overall image brighter and more bold and striking for the audience.

Below shows the final outcome from my further experimentation shown above which I did using Photoshop.
